My version of the Fender Champ Lap Steel pickups. Vintage correct.  I can do any of the variations

Pre 1954:  These varied over the years from very early using A3 mags and wound in the 9k to 10k range, Later they were A3 wound in the upper  5k range, then A5 magnets wound to the upper  5k

Post  1955 versions was a lot like the Duo- Sonic.

The early versions were often harvested to put in a Tele bridge position with the rumor that they were essentially Broadcaster pickups.  I make this to restore old Champs missing the original pickups, and make them for people that want to install them in there Tele Bridge.  I even make a custom version that will mount on a Tele base plate so you get all 3 mount points.
