Rework a Fender Coronad pickup to a Goldfoil pickup be more powerful and stage worthy

I have been asked many many time if there was any way to make a 60's Fender Coronado not sound so Anemic. Over the years I have tried a number of different types of pickups, but the chrome cover and base plate create some serious limitations. This is my favorite and most popular rework to convert the weak anemic stock pickup to a very powerful Goldfoil pickup. The pickup makes the guitar band and stage worthy with a very full dynamic tone that does the guitar justice.
