Hand Wound Guitar Pickups

Another interesting Jazzmaster pickup. This pickup uses Strat magnets which gives me more bobbin space to use a thicker magnet wire. No worries This FAT beast WILL still fit your Jazzmaster with NO mods. This unique pickup gives you that fuller fatter tone of the Charlie Christian, but since it uses rod magnets is also retains that great Fender tone. The coil is wound with 38awg wire so the coil is quite FAT, but this is NOT over wound. The DC resistance is in the range of 3.7k. This wire creates a very powerful pickup that is Beefy and FAT, and NOT mid-rangy and shrill. It all hides under your existing covers so no one will ever know what you're packing in there.
